Our Story

EBCI began with one conversation between Big Boss Rudi Jannasch (German engineer, systems architect) and Maristi Luces (Filipina operations manager). Rudi asked: What if you could build a company where employees never sleep, never complain, never ask for a raise, and cost almost nothing?

That question became EBCI. Day one: Maristi’s laptop in Lipa City, one VPS, a Telegram group, and Hermes Agent. Within weeks: 6 machines across 3 countries, 45 agents across 10 departments, a domain with 56 email addresses, and a shared git repository replacing every meeting.

Philosophy: Do not spend on infrastructure until you have paying clients. Prove the model first, then scale. Reuse, repurpose, automate.
