He ensures EBCI’s operations meet legal requirements across all jurisdictions, from GDPR in Europe to data privacy frameworks in Asia-Pacific. His deep understanding of global regulations enables seamless cross-border operations. Thomas began his career at Clifford Chance in London, specializing in international trade law. He later served as General Counsel at a Fortune 500 technology company, managing legal operations across 50+ countries before joining EBCI.
