Alexandra Winter is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of experience in international business consulting and AI-driven transformation. She leads EBCI’s strategic vision, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients relocating and expanding globally. Her leadership style combines data-driven decision making with deep empathy for client needs. Before joining EBCI, Alexandra spent 8 years at McKinsey & Company in Zurich, where she led the Digital Transformation practice for European clients. She later joined a major tech company in Singapore as VP of Strategy, overseeing the APAC region’s expansion into 12 new markets.
